Gears of war 2 Last day

1 Nov 2008Microsoft and Epic Games look to capture the success of the original Gears of War and its “Mad World” craze with the latest trailer for Gears of War 2 called “Last Day”. It features Marcus and the crew preparing for an underground journey to kick some Locust ass. It was created by the same team that designed the first “Mad World”. The song of choice this time is “How it Ends” by indie rock band DeVotchKa. Check out “Last Day”.

Gears of war 2 Rendezvous

30 Jul 2008Gears of war 2 has release the kick ass game trailer “Rendezvous”. Following up on last years beauty “Mad World”, Kosinski is back as director, it was awarded the “Best Use Of Music” to put the epic battle of Marcus Fenix against Locusts by the song “Mad World” by Gary Jules. The new trailer follows the same style, using the very engine of the game to put the roadmap into practice, showing off the cool features offered in the game and characters, and absolutely blood. This is great but I think the first one better.

31 Mar 2008It was fun to kill the brumark with chainsaws build-in machine gun where ready to tear them into pieces. I been playing this for the third time. Overall i think the graphics on the Gears of War is more superior and the game play is fast tactics. Gears looks like an arcade shooter, acting fast, teamwork in big way and there are a lot of enemies moving around the battlefield at once where you have to get rid of them to past the next scene. The game was created entirely within the Unreal 3 Game Engine and it was capable of this kind of graphical beauty. SWEET!
